    Appointment for 1130 on Wednesday arrived 1120 there were no other customers there. The consultant sat in the office until 1130 then called me back. I have not seen the same consultant since my first visit, my next visit is in May and considering going to different office. The office I've been going to is in Danada in Wheaton IL.

    The staff at this facility is one of the best at any ear care facility. They care about their clients needs no matter what the cost. They are always willing to help. Gladys Naling the receptionist is very caring and professional and Eric McKeever the Hearing Instrument Specialist is also very caring and professional. They as a team are concerned about your hearing well being no matter how busy they are they always seem to find the time to take care of your hearing needs and you can't ask for any more than that. They are two of the best that I believe you will ever find anywhere. Thank you Eric and Gladys for always being there for me and my hearing needs. Your Hearing Aid Client, David Brockmann

    What a totally scam company! I received a coupon in the mail and attempted to use it. Four days after I made the appointment, I was bombarded with phone calls and emails. They kept hounding me by phone saying that they needed more demographics. They also insisted that I bring my spouse or significant other with me. How about following HIPAA policies?? Are you so audacious that you would assume that I have a significant other and demand that I bring them with me? I will never do business with this company. All they are is scammers out to get your information and bombard you with unneeded sales calls. They prey on the elderly.
