I have never, and I mean NEVER had to deal with such an incompetent, rude, air-headed, unprofessional bunch of people. I'm new to the area and have been using Osco in Wheaton because I came from an Osco. The one I came from was incredible. This one is the complete opposite! In the past year, they have never had my prescriptions ready on time, even on the rare occasion I get notified they are ready. The entire staff acts as if they are doing you a favor by letting you give them your business. They stand around and gossip while customers are waiting for help. They loose or mix up the digital scripts. Even when it's only you and them they act like it's so busy. I understand that there is things that need to be done "behind the scenes", but they don't do those things! I can go on and on, but just read the reviews. There's a reason their score is so low. Jewel/Osco needs to purge this pharmacy and replace the employees with ones who understand they are here for the public, NOT the other way around.
