From the time I first called and spoke with Trista to schedule my appointment, she was incredibly personable, helpful, and welcoming. When I came into the office, that same experience continued. She made sure I felt comfortable and welcomed, and really helped set the tone for the entire visit. My experience with Dr. Russo was just as great. He was extremely informative and took the time to explain everything in great detail so I could truly understand what was going on. I never felt like I was just another patient or that he was trying to rush through the appointment. He was very personable, easy to talk to, and we had a genuinely great conversation. He walked me through everything, including what is happening, why it may be happening, what I can do to help prevent future issues, what the next steps are, and what the overall plan may look like from beginning to end. I’m someone who really likes to understand things in depth, and Dr. Russo did an excellent job explaining everything in a way that made sense to me. I left feeling much more informed, comfortable, and confident about what is going on and the plan moving forward. Overall, the entire experience was extremely welcoming and personal from the moment I scheduled the appointment through the end of my visit. I’m very happy to be working with Dr. Russo and his team going forward and would highly recommend them.

He is knowledgeable and kind. He takes his time during appointments and answers my questions. His assistant Mary is a gem. She is also kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Russo’s practice.
