- JCJoaquim CFeb 22, 20242.0Hit or miss. First time I changed from a dermatologist to this podiatry and I got my wart removed. Second time I ended quitting the practice mid treatment because I lost trust in the Dr. ##Here is my story## 2022 I changed from a dermatologist to this podiatry and Dr Russo managed to have my wart removed. One year later I had another wart and I had it frozen about a dozen sessions. Dr mentioned a 150$/session laser treatment that is not covered by insurance and that no other podiatry has offered me. One day He ran out of freezing spray and tried to cold burn my wart anyway. He pretended the wart was treated. I asked for a 2nd appointment to get it frozen ASAP when they received the new spray can and they said they would call me. They never called me and instead sent me the bill anyway. I called to dispute the charge and they agreed to wave the charge on the condition of follow-up appointment. I said "NO thanks, I lost confidence". They replied "No problem". Fast forward... They sent me the botched visit bill again! So I ended up paying the unfair bill and share my experience with Dr Russo.
