  I barely write bad reviews, ever . But I’ve had the worst customer service experience at this studio in Wheaton . After commitimg for 3 months of 8 class membership, I’ve tried to cancel because I was no longer interested. They tried so hard to convince me to take 4 class membership instead of canceling completely , which I did . I even filled up and signed a form , after finishing 3 months of 8 classes a week , and was assured I won’t be charged for cancellation . The lady I was speaking on the phone was absolutely incompetent, rude , and ignorant. If she worked somewhere else she would probably be fired for such a rude and ignorant behavior. It was impossible even talking to her , she didnt even let me finish a thought. She said she can’t refund my money and she’s sorry I “didn’t understand the terms “ when in fact none of these was ever explained to me and the fact that I did fill up and signed a termination form with another representative at the front desk ( she was very sweet ) assuring I won’t be charged for the next month, proves it . I understand you’re trying so hard to keep people at the studio but this is definitely not the way you should be doing it . I feel misled and I’ll definitely will be disputing these charges since none of this is fair at all

  FORTH time being charged and no updates from Club Pilates doing something about it. Basically a scam that will get you locked in absurd charges in case you cancel because they don’t provide what you expect.

  I started pilates back in July and I’ve loved it ever since! I’ve taken classes with Carmela, Kathleen M., and Nadine and all of them make sure to take into account what your body is able to do and how you can improve. Chandler is AMAZING and I look forward to seeing all of the club pilates Wheaton staff every time I come in!! In just the short amount of time I’ve been at club pilates I’ve seen a huge improvement in my strength, stamina, and confidence. Thank you Club Pilates Wheaton family!

  I’m rating for my mom Jackie. She loves this studio. It’s really helping her for hip pain. There was a billing issue also and it was immediately taken care of. This is a great studio!

  Had a very bad customer service experience here. Every other Club Pilates in the area has been great, this one I will not return to. Three stars for the franchise as a whole because reformer Pilates is a great modality but this particular studio is not my recommendation.
