The tech was rude and completely lacked customer service skills. I’ve been going to this location for a few years and never had any issues until yesterday.

I wish they would get rid of the "Must buy 3 or 4" to get the special prices. I wish the scanning of Digital coupons was not NEEDED to get sales Just a ridiculous and unfair practice for humanity. Walking in.. you get that feeling of. " how are they going to rip me off today".. when you think your getting a product for a sale price , but it rings up a different price and the lines are long and people are waiting and the cashier acts like they can't change the price unless it's picked on the app and your stuck paying full price... anxiety! JESSICA AT THE SELF CHECK OUT IS A VERY HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT EMPLOYEE. SHE HELPED ME MAKE SURE MY PURCHASES WERE ALL PRICED PER SALE AND DIGITAL COUPONS. She taught me a few ways to use the app and how to scan the products to make sure they were "digitally scanned" While She helped me, she continued to help other customers with their issues! She kept the lines moving and I left not feeling like I got got.
