  I initially signed up for the 3 month membership at Club Pilates in Westmont, and my experience with the cancellation process and management KC has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. My membership ended in July, I reached out a month before to cancel my membership as stated in the contract. I did not want to continue, so I contacted the studio by phone to cancel. I also texted KC and also sent an email regarding my cancellation. I also signed the termination waiver. Despite these multiple attempts to communicate that I no longer wanted the membership, I was charged $179 in August. I disputed that charge with my bank, received a refund, and obtained a new card. Afterward, the studio contacted me in September claiming I owed a $25 late fee. I did not dispute the 25$ and payed them even though my contract was supposed to already be terminated since July. I paid the $25 over the phone in good faith, believing I was finally done with this business. I was very clear that I did not want to update my payment information in their app, and I did not authorize my card to be stored for future charges. I have messages from KC dated back from September assuring my contract had been terminated. Today I wake up to yet another $179 taken from my NEW card meaning they stored my information for future payments when I specifically did not authorize my information to be stored let alone stolen. I was not charged in September, and now another $179 has suddenly been taken from my account in October?! This morning I called to address this serious billing issue, I was understandably upset. I was explaining my frustration to KC when she claimed I had previously texted her that I did not want to cancel. She then realized she had confused me with someone else. Think about that: management was confusing my account or communications with another person’s while I was trying to resolve a charge against my account. Before I could finish explaining my concerns, KC ended the call. When I called back requesting to speak with the manager, I learned that KC herself was the manager.This was incredibly concerning. Instead of taking accountability, reviewing my cancellation communications, and explaining why I had been charged again, she ended the conversation with a frustrated customer who was trying to get answers This is not a minor customer service misunderstanding. It is a serious, repeated billing dispute compounded by an extremely disappointing response from management. Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and respectful treatment when they raise legitimate concerns about their money. My experience with Club Pilates Westmont has provided none of those things. Save your money and time people. Westont Club Pilates is not welcoming at all. Please select a new location.

  I arrived 20 minutes early to my Pilates class because I was genuinely excited to attend. When it was time to go in, I let the instructor Jola know it was my first time ever doing Pilates and asked how seating worked. Jola simply said, “sit anywhere.” A girl behind me mentioned it was her first time as well, and the instructor immediately lit up, welcomed her, and walked her through how to use the equipment. I waited, assuming she would do the same for me. Instead, a new guy walked in, and she enthusiastically welcomed him too, guided him to a reformer, and helped him get set up. At no point did Jola welcome me or show me how to use the equipment. It was uncomfortable and unwelcoming, and I ultimately left. This studio did not make a good first impression. Zero stars.

  I'm obsessed!! Pilates is for pretty much anyone. No need to be intimidated regardless of your skill level modifications can be made. It will do wonders for your core and stability.
