  My wife and I came in today to have our eyes checked, and we had a wonderful experience at 4 Eyes in Vernon Hills. We were greeted by Abbey , who was incredibly welcoming, professional, and friendly from the moment we walked in. She helped both of us choose our glasses and created such a comfortable and positive atmosphere. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Our eye exam was done by Dr. Mark Ross, who is an amazing doctor with a fantastic sense of humor. He made both of us feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit. We highly recommend this place to all of our friends and anyone looking for excellent eye care in Vernon Hills. Thank you again to the whole team!

  I had an amazing experience at For Eyes, all thanks to Sheila. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. I love my New Versace!! Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Sheila made the whole experience smooth, easy, and actually enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to friends and family.

  Dr. Ross was very patient and attentive during my visit, even though my English is not very strong. I really appreciated how carefully he listened and explained things. I’ve already scheduled an appointment for my son to see him next. Sheila was friendly and easy to talk to, and she did an excellent job helping me with my contact lens purchase. I highly recommend the Vernon Hills location to everyone!

  I had a great experience at For Eyes from start to finish. Dr. Ross was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly during my exam. He made the whole process feel comfortable and never rushed, which I really appreciated. On the retail side, Abbey was incredibly helpful. She was patient as I worked through different frame and lenses options without being pushy. What stood out most was how hard she worked to find me the best possible price, combining my insurance with in-store discounts. That level of effort didn’t go unnoticed. Overall, the combination of a detailed exam and excellent customer service made this a really positive experience. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for both quality care and help finding the right pair of glasses.

  This For Eyes location goes above with their care. My 17 years old daughter was extremely nervous about getting her first pair of glasses. She is having trouble reading the board in school and street signs at a distance while driving. They completely knew and understood what she needed. They are so lucky to have Dr Ross, Abbey, Evan and Alissa. They put my daughter at ease and explained everything going on. We just picked up her glasses and she is super happy with them. Again they weee very nice and put her at ease. I will be going back with the rest of my family to this location. Thank you!
