- JWJason Watanabe1 day ago2.0I didn't love my recent experience. When I called to book my original appointment, I was quoted one price and then when I got there, the total price was higher than what I was originally quoted. I was a former patient and I expressed and reiterated that I was looking for Rigid Gas Permeable contact lenses so the variance of pricing shouldn't have been that dramatic. Then I wanted to use my HSA card to purchase my lenses and when I called back to give them my HSA card number, the girl spent 15 minutes unsuccessfully processing that transaction, so I had to charge it to my credit card anyway. Lastly, the optometrist, although transparent couldn't really answer my question around my progressive gas permeable contact lenses admitting that she normally does soft contacts. I didn't love that answer considering that she should be more than qualified to answer questions in any of the "vision" domain. Very nice staff but showed some weaknesses that led me to the conclusion that I won't be going back.
