A big plus is that they are in addition to a wide range of hearing aids is that they are a Lyric dealer, the only truly hidden, non-maintenance hearing aid. Ms. Palacios, an audiologist is not only knowledgeable but always very upbeat and helpful. Dealt with other hearing aid dealers - This is the best experience I've had.
