However when we arrived the environment was quiet yet welcoming. It was not the usual over crowded waiting room I’ve been use to going to the last few months. We were greeted when we first walked in and while filling out the paperwork Meg popped out to let us know she would be right with us. But what impressed me the most about our visit was Meg was very patient, understanding to my Dads special needs ( since he just had open heart surgery and a stroke a few months back so he was not filling his best) but Meg was professional and personable and even sympathetic as she listened to my Dad and I talk. What a great experience plus she helped us out with finding the best deal possible for Dads hearing aide. I will recommend Meg she was great… ☺️
