- KSKathy Sevener6 days ago5.0We travel and come back to Illinois twice a year for family and always to get our eyes checked by Dr Smith. Not only is she good she is intelligent and very perceptive. I’ve mentioned before she found a brain tumor on my husband and a Cavernous malformation on my son. Seriously what eye doctor catches stuff like that? Will never go to anyone else. Plus the staff rocks!

My wife suggested Taylorville Community Eye Center where she goes and it turned out to be the perfect solution. The staff was great to work with and Dr. Emily Smith was very professional and took care of removing the metal in my eye in short order made sure I knew how to follow up at home. Thank You! I would recommend TCEC to anyone in the Taylorville Illinois area looking for professional eye!
