  It is so much this company needs to improve on. Patients can't go to stores they prefer and have to go near home cause they don't want to pay mileage. For a person who is in a wheelchair give the hours for adequate care!!!!!!

  The worker, Haley, lied saying that I had bed bugs. I did tell her they were reported in the building. There was no investigation into the false claims. I asked for communication. Guess that's too complicated from Addus. Rottlee tore my bed to inspect her false claim. I had to pay someone else to remake the bed.

  👎Absolutely HORRIBLE Co👎, if you could even call it that! They just mooch tax payers $ and NEVER help their "clients" the dying people tbeyre paid to help. Wendy "a manager" worst person ever. Never follows through. Cleaners like DEON always sick for 3 to 5 weeks at a time and NEVER Once did Wemdy ever find a replace.ent as the Staye of IL requires. Laziest "Co" in the World who only exists by contracts from Staye of IL to Supposed to Help those in need. After 1 year of service my house was NEVER DUSTED 1 time!, windows NEVER Cleaned once inside or out. Show up do bare minimum. Clean dishes, wipe down counter. Sweep wood floor and clean bathroom only once a mo th per "their rules" Walmart+ does a better job as semd them to get you food, even 1 item and always took 2 to 4 hours (workers went real slow to do nothing and get paid. Deon used to sit in my driveway every time eating her lunch. Why? They get paid once upon arrival yet obviously doing nothing except stuffing their face instead of their job: clean your house. Heck not one time did they ever bring any Vkeaning supplies at all, no vacuum, cleaning towels, even paper, or ANYTHING.... Was a complete joke and rude on top👎 FYI: They DON'T! They don't even care about you as their client is the State of IL not you. And if thinking of using om your own DO NOT! I had to file a Formal Complaint against Adus as they are SOOO BAD. Only job is to clean your house etc and cannot even do that, above is only a small sample. Heck broke quite a bit of my things. Never replacing so cost me thousands of dollara to repair and replace and for what? They Do not even have enough employee's to handle their existing workload and do not even try to fill their gaps as said before only care about getting Paid from the STATE not you the person they're paid to HELP.... out sick for a mo th at a time or to handle their "family drama" vs their very sick and or dying patient is all they care about and management Wendy just doesnt care or try. Only cares about billing the State! Never about doing their jobs helping the people they're supposed to! 👎HORRIBLE CO AND WORSE HORRIBLE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE!👎 NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AS IF POSSIBLE SHOULD GET A NEGATIVE STAR RATING AND COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED👎🤮👎

  My experience is as a client not an employee. I have been a client for over one year. As with all personal relationships there maybe glitches to overcome, but that does not mean the AGENCY is bad. A PERSON is not the AGENCY. I worked through the problem PROFESSIONALLY and currently I would refer ADDUS HOME CARE as an agency of choice. If you need Home Care I recommend that you find a person that care enough about you and want to help you, have that person apply with ADDUS as a worker. That is what I did. Always REMEMBER, with every agency, family, group or church there maybe one undesirable person but that does not mean the the entity is bad. I get great service from ADDUS HOME CARE. I have a worker that ADDUS sent and one that I recommended and both are GREAT. 3/2023 ADDUS remains my agency of choice
