  LOVE Club Pilates STC! The studio is always clean, the staff is welcoming and supportive, and the instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging. I especially appreciate the inclusive atmosphere—people of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels support one another in reaching their goals. It’s a wonderful community and a great place to work on your health and wellness.

  I enjoyed the classes, but I had a really frustrating experience trying to cancel. I paused my membership due to work schedule changes and was surprised when they kept trying to charge my card and then told me I owed $200 to cancel. When I called, the staff wasn’t very understanding. Just be aware of their billing policies before signing up. as a teacher, my schedule has been filled up. I tried to cancel and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and said I shouldn’t have froze my account and just cancel it nowhere in the policy. Does it say before you cancel you have to pay $200. It says you can cancel at any time. I haven’t used any of the credits this month at all. I would be very careful about using this company. very money, hungry people very pushy about picking up extra classes paying more trying to get personal training, aggressive phone calls about joining club Pilates or aggressive phone calls about paying bills charging my credit card every single day. oh yeah, I am threatening to send it to collections over a small bill of $200 and saying I owe it even though I haven’t used the company at all this month Yikes!!

  Do not hesitate to book an intro class! I started at this studio in July 2023 and made it to about 300 classes. I’m moving out of town, otherwise I would not be leaving. The instructors are always kind, positive and invested in your pilates journey. They continually teach challenging classes and switch it up for us every week. Everyone works on mastering new skills together and encourages each other along the way. Truly a great place to start or continue your pilates journey.

  The instructors really care about you & helping along the way. It’s the first time in over 12 years that I have not had severe back pain. Would highly recommend if you want to feel better, have better posture, and an overall feeling of well-being.
