From the staff downstairs to the staff upstairs, I deal with horrible customer service. They are not respectful they have poor manners,. They have signs posted everywhere how they won’t deal with the public that don’t treat them right. But yet they treat you like a dog when you’re in there. The branch manager, Erica is the ringleader. She’s a liar. She will not find the items you need so she can drop a larger order on your insurance when things get sent to you, especially if you’ve already paid your maximum out-of-pocket. I needed a mask for my CPAP machine that I was informed by a few of their employees from their respiratory department to their front sales team all saying that was in stock The person I came in to talk to was new and couldn’t see that my insurance had approved everything. I asked for a manager to take a look and this is when I dealt with Erica. All the employees to this point had said they had a good inventory of supplies and it wouldn’t be a problem. Erica claimed she already looked for this mask, however when she walked to the back to look for it, she did not even look in the right area. She looked over by the recliner section and did not even look in the respiratory area or the warehouse. When she came back and was putting in the order for not only the mask but everything she could possibly charge to my insurance telling me the only way to get this is by ordering it. She continued and telling me how 60% of their business is respiratory. I questioned her and asking if it was 60% of your business and you have such a large warehouse, you would think you would have something like this in stock. Are you sure you didn’t check for it in the right spot because all your employees today have told me you have plenty? She argued and refused to go and check the warehouse or to even verify what I said with any other employee. When I left, I had to go two weeks without equipment. I need it to breathe at night time meaning I could’ve died in my sleep all because a rude and nasty branch manager had too much pride to actually question the other employees because she didn’t know where to look for the supplies and she show me the example that she had no desire to help me other than make a larger sale. The mask they were going to charge my insurance for was $220 their price same part number and brand-name on Amazon is $54. This company is clearly about making money not helping people that are in need. Before she found out my maximum amount of pocket was paid the item was available if I had paid cash upfront yeah they want $220 for that mask that day. It was only after that when they saw my insurance was going to have to pay that was not available. It was Erica the branch manager that made this call. I have further information and details and times of the entire day an event, but it will not fit on this site review Box.

These people are the rudest most unprofessional bunch of receptionists that my family and I have EVER dealt with. There are constant problems, delays, mistakes on their end, and every time we have to call its complete attitude and unprofessionalism. People who rely on these medical supplies to live regular daily lives already have been and are going through enough. Then to deal with these rude disrespectful unprofessional people is absurd.

Barbara is very rude on the phones. She has gotten a bad attitude in her voice and hung up on me two weeks in a row when I have asked her for help. No goodbye, have a good day, nothing, just hangs up once she cops her attitude. I get frustrated when I call because they (Home Care/Supplies) always needs more & more "documentation", so don't call or go in until I absolutely have to. I have NOT asked for anything to be done urgently. Apparently looking things up in the systems or tasking the dr. to request exactly what "they" need is a hastle. When I asked a question about an error on the machine, she giggled and answered with a belittling answer. If I knew the answer, I wouldn't have asked. If customer service is not what she wants to do, she should really get off the phones. I truely hope she doesn't behave like this to patients in person. We all have bad days, This one has lasted at least a week (2 calls a week apart) This is how I have been made to feel these last two weeks of phone calls. I wish my insurance would allow me to go back to Apria. Hoping I get someone else to take my call when I have to call back AGAIN. And I am not interested in calling and speaking to a leader. A leader needs to speak to Barbara about her telephone etiquette.
