- CKCall Keith3 days ago5.0I LOVE "LensCrafters" ALWAYS HAVE! The Eye Doctor Brian Adkins is always so polite and really knows what he is doing, I highly recommend him! Also the ladies behind the counter, who greet you and have you fill out the paperwork, are very informative and awesome too! Next comes the people who wait on you in the store, for you to pick the frames you want, then the type of glass you want in the frames based, on your prescription and if you don't have coupons they freely offer them to you to save you money, these people are awesome especially the new lady, (forgot her name already) who waited on me 7-6-26 she was awesome and very professional!! :) EXCELLENT HIRE LENSCRAFTERS!!! :) From Keith.....the guy in the Red/White/Blue hat.

- SMSusan MartinMay 5, 20261.0I paid extra to have the retinal scan. The doctor never discussed it with me. So I called a couple days later asked if I could get a return call, to go over it. The lady that answered the phone said “we never go over that unless the doctor sees something in the scan.” I said my previous eye doctor always went over the scan with me. They always pointed out that I do have cataracts starting, but surgery to remove them was not needed at that time. So here I am still waiting on a phone call. I hate that Vision Care doesn’t take my insurance anymore.😢 More than likely, I won’t go back to LensCrafters.
