  **will update if experience changes** First impression of this place was nice, the center looks clean, the vending machines are nice. I was initially confused on where to go because nobody was in the front area but I waited up by the front desk because I know donation centers can be really busy. When the lady finally seen me she said "do you need something?" In such a rude tone. Like I could immediately tell she did not want to be there and did not want to be dealing with me. And like...obviously if im waiting by the front desk looking confused, yea its probably safe to assume I need help with something. I told her I was a new donor and she pointed on the other side of the desk and told me I had to go over there, but it isnt what she said that was the issue...again its HOW she said it. Like said it in a way like I was an absolute idiot for not already knowing where to go. The energy was just off, she wasnt pleasant at all, and I could tell she didnt want to be sitting there helping me. Then she asked me what I ate this morning and I told her eggs. She immediately got up and went to the back to talk to the nurse and came back out to tell me I didnt eat enough and I would have to come back after "eating a breakfast sandwhich or something." Im sorry excuse me? I have never had 3 eggs and plenty of water not be enough. And I told her that and she argued with me saying they didnt want me to have a reaction. I donate often and have donated for quite some time and I know my body. But when it comes down to it, I know at the end of the day it wasnt about how much I ate this morning. It was about the fact she clearly didnt want to spend the time on the new donor process and found a convenient excuse not to. I am sad I didnt get this woman's name because honestly this company would do really good to keep her in the back somewhere and not dealing with customers. She made the entire experience extremely uncomfortable and honestly it made me consider not coming back.

  KedPlasma has a great staff and clean environment! It's always pleasant! If i have any questions or concerns, they're there to answer! Some employees that stand out are Ms. Yanna, Mr. Aiden, Ms. Lay Lay, Ms. Kila, Ms. Kelly and Ms. TT, Ms. Mary and Ms. Tammy!!
