  All the staff is super nice they are very helpful and will make sure that you have all understandings of what the plasma is and how it's done. They will make sure that you are able to ask any questions needed. The phlebotomists are always very good at making sure to do their job correctly and very precisely. They also are there to make sure that everything is done with all the machine quickly if any errors and then they are always there to get you unhooked from the machine as soon as you are done. I have always made sure that I am always being willing to ask anything needed and they have always made sure to take care of it they are very pleasant when hooking you up and everything because they are ones communicate with you and ask how was your day.
