For 5 nights/week ever since meeting her, Keykey, as those who know her well call her, has been helping my mom with her activities of daily living, getting her ready for bed, helping with the bathroom, getting her up and dressed in the morning, along with so many other simple but critical tasks of daily living. We conduct comprehensive background checks at both state and federal levels. Additionally, all CarePros are required to carry their own auto insurance and demonstrate safe driving capabilities. Before beginning any shifts, each CarePro completes an 11-hour orientation covering our policies and client care expectations. Within the first 90 days of employment, they also receive specialized training in dementia and Alzheimer’s care. As a licensed agency with the Illinois Department of Public Health, all of our Care Professionals are bonded and insured through us.
Do you provide 24/7 care or only certain hours?
We offer care in flexible blocks of hours tailored to your needs, up to 24/7 support, ensuring your loved one receives consistent and personalized care.
Can care hours be adjusted if needs change?
Yes, absolutely. Simply contact our office, and we’ll work with you to adjust the schedule to best fit your changing needs.
