- TFTeresa Fuller6 days ago2.0I am currently in the store to do a re-style of the 2 pairs of glasses I purchased online and the manager Shannon (?) is acting like she would rather I did a refund instead, which was very disappointing, because I spent almost a half hour selecting new frames. She also was saying that I had to pay the difference between one of the pairs because she had to do the restyle "by the brand" (?) The Eyemart Express Return/Exchange policy stated that if I am "not in love w/ the fit or appearance, to please visit a store and they will be happy to assist me". Well Shannon is NOT happy to assist me and very condescending towards me. Since she gave me such a hard time about doing the restyle and terrible service, I sadly decided to do the refund like she first suggested. I was really excited about the frames I actually had a chance to try on in person, but due to her obvious disdain of helping me, I have to take me business elsewhere.
