  In all the years I have been a patient there I have always had to wait for my appointment. This one time I arrived just a few minutes late, maybe 5-6 minutes. No one was at the desk when I got there. Eventually a woman (patient) came out of a room and sat down. Still no staff. Another patient arrived early for her appointment at 12:20. Still no staff. A few minutes later, a doctor called her back. Finally, at almost 12:30, after I had been waiting more than 20 minutes. a young woman came out of a small room next to the desk, seemed surprised to see me, then told me I arrived too late for my appointment, that Dr Atkins left for lunch, and that I would have to make another appointment. I left. Is this how you treat your long time customers?

  I have been coming here for many years. I have never been called into an appointment on time. I did arrive 6 minutes late for my appointment this one time (I am usually early). No one was at the desk when I got there. One of the doctors came out eventually and told me to have a seat and I would be called. 20 minutes after my appointment time a young woman came out and told me I was too late. She was quite abrupt and a bit rude. Not helpful at all about rescheduling if that's what was necessary. I'm done. Going somewhere else. Goodbye LensCrafter!

  I've been a patient of Dr. Adkins for years. He is wonderful, as are the practice staff. I try to use them exclusively for eye exams
