  Rarely show up talk back to client girl lied to me saying she did what I asked later to find she didn't stole money leaves things undone she don't feel good turn TV off or they will sit watch TV no gas in her car to do errands very poor work ethic from office and services

  They sent someone who has no experience taking care of a disabled person she is almost disabled herself. Out of the 5 hrs per day 3 to 4 of that is watching TV and does not communicate at all not sure how she got this job. But we were threatened if she quits we would loose service that was how we were introduced to addus.

  Good workers Tracey was the most recent caregiver. He was polite , easy to get along with and did a great job of cleaning.

  When I became disabled in 2012, they were very organized and sent people that were trained and knew what they were doing. When I reapplied in 2014, they wanted to bill ahead of time and they explained on the phone they had absolutely no one to help me and everyone would be having to be trained that day and then they would quit and the next person would come. Again to begin to send people that were dirty unkempt and we’re not even clean nonetheless to clean and help out around house ? No training, I would never return to them again.

  I cannot speak for the whole company, but I do know a woman named Anna (last name protected for privacy) who works for this company and she is simply amazing. She is by far the best at what she does! This woman is one of the kindest and most gentle souls I have ever met, and Addus is very lucky to have her!
