I have to call each month to verify my new script....ALWAYS on hold for at least 35 minutes.....many times when my call is finally taken I get disconnected and have to start over. Every other time, the darn drive thru is closed. Well, l'm pretty crippled and have difficulty getting in and out of car. Im not saying their employees are bad but clearly they are not staffed sufficiently. I WILL BE MOVING my business elsewhere after waiting on hold for 40 minutes only to be disconnected when finally picked up. Bye bye Walgreens! Im also going to contact the Village of South Holland. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
