  Can't wait to let you know the care and patience that I received when picking up my hearing aids. Alyssa was at the front desk and she treated me like a family member. So kind and so patient.. next she directed me to the office of Julia who is the specialist.. she spent so much time with me that I felt very comfortable in leaving the office.BUT .. I WAS AMAZED WITH THE TREATMENT THAT I RECEIVED AFTERWARDS. IT WAS LIKE EVERY 3 WEEKS I WOULD GO IN AND SHE WOULD ASK IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS. The difference in choosing miracle ear to the other çompanies that you find on Google, you get them via US mail.. and then you actually give yourself a hearing test over the phone. At this time I might have gone into the office as a scheduled client, six or more times, but if I had a problem they would schedule me as soon as possible. I must say that my Miracle-Ear hearing aids have changed my life. I have also made two wonderful friends. Alyssa and Julia are the best you could ask for. They are so knowledgeable and friendly that they made me feel so comfortable, I am very fortunate to have met them. They are outstanding representatives for Miracle-Ear.
