  I absolutely love this place. The doctor is so great and straightforward and she’s an absolute delight, I come here I bring my kids here my husband goes here. I couldn’t happier w her bedside manner. Very professional will call you back to address questions even after she’s clocked out.

  My family of 4 have been coming here for years. I called and spoke to Mira to ask for 2-3 pairs of contacts to bridge the gap until my supply was shipped to me. She preceded to rudely say you would need to go whomever you bought the contacts from for trial pairs. I told her the RX is from you and we ordered them online at Costco and there is no way to buy trial pairs. I literally explained we have been coming for years with visits every 12-18 months, multiple pairs of glasses purchased, etc... just because I didn't buy my contacts from you, you refuse to provide great customer service to a long standing customer, a huge miss on your part.

  The Doctor is patient and answers all your questions she explains everything in detail. The staff is equally very welcoming, they dont make you feel as if you must buy. They respect your needs and wants. Its apparent this is a good place to work as they dont have a turnover in staff.

  I ordered Rx sun glasses working with Courtney. She was struggling with system issues and was writing notes on a piece of paper. I waited over 45 minutes to get the go ahead for a discount. Finally I left after she gave me her card and said she would call me with the final amount and we could complete the order. I never received a call. I contacted the number she gave me the next day and another woman looked up my info, got the discount and we completed the process. I informed the woman that Courtney did not get back to me. She apologized and was not happy that my call back was not fulfilled. Several days later Courtney called and simply said my order was in for pickup. I went to pick it up right away. When I arrived Courtney was out of the building. Sadly the order was not correct, just lenses and no frame. Over 30 minutes passed as the gentlemen waiting on me was trying to find out what had happened, a very slow and painful process! By this time I am getting openly frustrated. Courtney walked in and went directly to the back out of sight. When she finally came out front I asked her why this order was wrong, her response was she never waited on me. She flat out lied, until I challenged that her she had just called me and I had her card! At that point everything took a turn! I was furious that she had lied and slowly then finally said she kind of remembered. This was NOT weeks prior it was days! I was livid, no trust no apology. Got a refund and will never go back.

  This is a top notch Pearle Vision. Dr Patel is the best and does an amazing job. Very personable and professional.
