  The Doctor is patient and answers all your questions she explains everything in detail. The staff is equally very welcoming, they dont make you feel as if you must buy. They respect your needs and wants. Its apparent this is a good place to work as they dont have a turnover in staff.

  I ordered Rx sun glasses working with Courtney. She was struggling with system issues and was writing notes on a piece of paper. I waited over 45 minutes to get the go ahead for a discount. Finally I left after she gave me her card and said she would call me with the final amount and we could complete the order. I never received a call. I contacted the number she gave me the next day and another woman looked up my info, got the discount and we completed the process. I informed the woman that Courtney did not get back to me. She apologized and was not happy that my call back was not fulfilled. Several days later Courtney called and simply said my order was in for pickup. I went to pick it up right away. When I arrived Courtney was out of the building. Sadly the order was not correct, just lenses and no frame. Over 30 minutes passed as the gentlemen waiting on me was trying to find out what had happened, a very slow and painful process! By this time I am getting openly frustrated. Courtney walked in and went directly to the back out of sight. When she finally came out front I asked her why this order was wrong, her response was she never waited on me. She flat out lied, until I challenged that her she had just called me and I had her card! At that point everything took a turn! I was furious that she had lied and slowly then finally said she kind of remembered. This was NOT weeks prior it was days! I was livid, no trust no apology. Got a refund and will never go back.

  Dr. Roshnee Patel was excellent in answering all my questions and getting my exam done. Mira & Nick were great in getting my order in for new lens! A great place to get your eyes checked, friendly, helpful staff and an excellent doctor!

  Going to this Pearle Vision to get an eye exam was super easy and organized thanks to the associate that helped me, Mariya, she was very professional and had me in and out in 15 minutes. Would recommend anyone who needs an eye exam to go here.

  Came in because I needed some new glasses and I didn't care for the options where I had my exam done. After looking around at the options available, I found a pair I really liked and Christian took good care of getting everything ready and explaining all the different lens options. I even got my glasses back from the lab early, which was a relief as my old prescription was just not matching very well anymore. After having the glasses for about a month, I'm impressed at the quality of the frames and glad I was able to work out a deal at the store. The store was out of my insurance network, but Christian was able to offer me some extra promotions to cover the gap a little bit. I'd definitely hit these guys up again once I need another new pair.
