The reason for my lower score was that it took a very long time for them to do an order for my glasses. The appointment itself was 10 minutes but then it took 45 minutes, after I had picked the frames I wanted, to actually come up with the price for me to pay. I do understand they are verifying things with insurance, but this was too long. And it was not just me, all the other customers being helped seemed it was taking just as long.

The whole visit was a great experience from start to finish. The office is well-run, has a solid selection of frames, and accepts EyeMed. If you need a vision provider, I'd recommend her without hesitation.
