- LLLes Lynn6 days ago1.0Wow. I ordered eyeglasses three weeks ago. I was told they would be delivered in two weeks. A week ago I got an email saying that the eyeglasses were delayed. No reason for the delay. No indication when the delivery would occur. Then I called Warby Parker. They said that the lens material wasn't currently available. (What? these are just regular eyeglasses -- WP is not able to make any eyeglasses because it has no lens material? Absurd.) And they said they would not be able to give me an estimated date of delivery. This company is not functioning properly and has entirely lost sight of customer service. Look elsewhere for eyeglasses.

I am disabled and tried calling repeatedly for information about accessibility but there was no way to contact the store directly. I arrived with plenty of time but couldn't find the store. I tried calling several more times. I got a call after I'd been gobbling on my crutches (couldn't find info about my chair) for half and hour that my appointment would be cancelled. When I relayed that I'd.been trying to contact the store they told me there was no direct way to contact them. They lied about leaving a message with directions on a Sunday (there was no message but clearly this is not a one time problem). I'll never shop this company again.

He gave infomration without being pushy, was helpful in steering me in the right direction of the frames I explained to him and just was an all around terrific individual. He had great patience with my indecision and never gave up trying to help, always with a sincere smile on his face! Just a pleasure! Looking forward to getting my glasses very soon!
