A mistake in the communication on pricing, had led me to believe I was being quoted $240 for the same service. Nick took the time to explain clearly, apologized for the miscommunication, and offered a generous resolution. I would say it was a masterclass in customer service, and am looking forward to remaining a loyal WP customer!
