I already have a pair of glasses that I purchased at the Oak Brook store and popped in to find out if they had any additional colors of the same frame. Gene assisted me and was so helpful! He actually helped me to choose a different frame that I really like that I probably wouldn't have tried on without his assistance. Excellent selection of frames and five star customer service!

I was very impressed with the hospitality and helpfulness of the whole team, and I'm going to be returning in the future and recommending to my family and friends. From Belise, to Yocelin, to Lorne, and my eye doctor (I think it was Dr. Brown?), everyone was so helpful and accomodating. They helped me understand all the procedures, costs, and other logistics of the process, but also helped me pick out frames and suggest different styles based on my preferences. I am so happy with my experience here and will come back again.
