  I have the best experience at Pearl Vision every time I visit. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and always willing to help. Olga especially goes above and beyond. She takes the time to truly understand what you’re looking for and helps you find the best option for your needs. You never feel rushed, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about everyone and their eye health. The entire team is wonderful and makes every visit a great experience.

  I visited this place 2 times now, and overall, my experience has been great on the most part. However, the doctor didn't seem so welcoming. I know its a shame because her staff are so opposite of her, and they are super nice, welcoming and will always try to understand your situation the best they can for a suitable resolution. Especially Olga! She deserves 10/5 stars (on a separate review) she is so sweet and kind and her warm smile is welcoming :) great patience to help me find the best frames and walk me through the whole process. Thank you Olga!

  The staff here are welcoming and kind. This is my second year getting glasses here. Dr. Katz is helpful, knowledgeable and always makes great recommendations to my eye care. Gabriel is so helpful, kind, and genuine when it comes to assisting with picking a pair of glasses as well as explaining the cost of everything with insurance. It is always a pleasant experience to come here for my yearly eye exam and new glasses. Thank you all for your care!

  We have been coming here for years. Great personal care and very thorough. They take their time with each person to make sure you are happy with your selection of frames, lenses and that your RX lens are to your liking. We usually see Dr Kats for eye exams and she is amazing. She explains things and doesn't rush you through. Great exams!

  The reviews are all true! Please choose this place you won't regret it!!! I am someone who ALWAYS reads reviews and does research before spending money...and these reviews are true this place is really what everyone says it is! Here is my experience in a nutshell: Everyone in the front area is very warm and welcoming, Dr. Katz (whose been at this location for 10 years) is not warm and fuzzy like the folks in the front but PLEASE don't mistake that for being rude! She's just straight forward...but I'll tell you this, I got my prescriptions for reading/computer..AND THEY WERE PERFECT! And that's all we need! I worked directly with Olga when picking my frames, working with insurance, and the additional things added to my prescription and SHE WAS GREAT!!!! P.S. This was my first time ever getting glasses and it couldn't have went any better than it did. They took good care of me...that's probably why that place was busy when I was in there. Trust me you won't regret going here!!! THANK YOU DR.KATZ AND OLGA!!!!!
