  I had the absolute BEST experience here, 12/10!!! The staff is exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. Olga is so sweet, patient, and offered one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. She listened to what I wanted and helped me try on many different frames and narrow down to a few options. She was so patient and let me take my time deciding which frame fit best for me, especially since I can be so indecisive when it comes to changing styles and picking new glasses. She also broke down my insurance coverage so I knew exactly what I was paying for out the door with no hidden fees or nonsense. Peter was so sweet as well and gave his input on my new glasses too. I overall felt so comfortable and well taken care of. They really know what they are doing here and really work well together as a team to keep the customer satisfied. Definitely recommend everyone to come here to get their new glasses, I will definitely be a forever customer here!

  I’ve been a loyal customer at Pearle Vision for over three years now, and I must say, the entire staff has consistently provided exceptional assistance. Their customer service is top-notch, and the people, especially Gabriel, are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

  I have been coming here for years!! Dr. Nelly (Kamenetsky) is so nice and always answers my questions in a manner that is easy to understand. Elvi is so helpful when it’s time to update my frames and always strives to find the best deal on contact lenses. Gabriel keeps the communication timely for appts confirmations and medical record and invoice requests.

  WOW!! Elvie and her team and just amazing! We have been coming here for years and every time we come in we are met with the same welcoming feeling. Elvie has guided us though many glasses and contact purchases and she makes sure everything is perfect before you walk out the door. If you need glasses or contacts- I highly highly recommend Elvie. She is a true gem :)

  I have been to many Pearle, and other vision places and this is by far the best place. The staff, Gabriel and Peter are so helpful, but the rock star is Elvi. I have been coming here for 7 years now and I highly recommend this one in Skokie. They help you with what fits your face, and work on getting you the best deal
