Our experience with HONOR WAS POSITIVE. We could trust them to provide excellent care of our loved one, were communicative. Each day our caregiver provided a note re care given that day. Caregivers were always on time. They were flexible and open to focusing on current needs of our loved one. We would highly recommend them.

Nordia B is a fabulous caregiver who is kind, calm, and a true professional. My mother trusts her and appreciates her care. My mom, sundown, and Nordia are there to help and navigate. We are allowed to be a family without worrying that my mom is safe and cared for. We are so glad Nordia is in our life!

Our mother has a team of four CarePros who, together, provide her full-time care. Angie and Mary cover here day shifts and end up spending a good deal of face time with our mother. They are very caring and engaging with her.
Ola and Babafunke cover her nights. They are her companions and care givers when our mother awakens throughout the night.
Together this team, along with the administrative staff, have made a world of difference for our mother and for my brother and me.

We used this company last year to help with my Fathers care.
Within 2 hours they had a caregiver at my parents house that was great.
He was professional and compassionate.
I highly recommend this company.
Yes! Please call our office 24/7 at 847-673-1250. We would be happy to schedule an in-home (or wherever is convenient) care consultation.
How much do services cost?
Home care costs in our area generally range from the high $30's to low $40's per hour, but can vary based on the number of hours, schedule, and type of care needed. Your consultation may include factors like:
- Location
- Care type needed
- Amount of daily care
- Weekday vs weekend
Can you provide in-home care to my loved one if they are in a senior living community?
Yes, we happily partner with the assisted living, independent living and memory care communities in the area. We can provide short-term one on one care or long-term one on one care to your loved one wherever they call home.
How do we get started with your services?
1. Call us today to speak with one of our care advisors.
2. Schedule a free care consultation.
3. The purpose of the care consultation is to assess the safety of the home, learn about those receiving care (cognitively, socially, physically) so that we can match the right care professionals, and recommend a schedule that will meet your needs!
4.Once paperwork is completed, we can generally get started quickly, often times within 24 hours.
What if I want to discontinue services after starting?
We know that home care is a very personal decision. We are committed to delivering a positive experience for you and your loved one. In the event that we are not meeting your need or your needs have changed, you are not obligated to continue services for any amount of time. We simply require 24 hours notice to cancel.
How do I know when my loved one is ready for in-home care?
The best thing to do is call and speak with one of our advisors. Through a short phone call we can point you in the right direction. Here are some triggers to look for:
1. Are simple tasks becoming more difficult (laundry, dishes, meals, grocery shopping)?
2. Decline in appetite or loss of weight
3. Not driving, going out or socializing
Can I pay for services with insurance?
Due to the non medical nature of our services, health insurance will not pay for in-home care. However, we are able to accept long-term care insurance as a form of payment. Payment by long-term care insurance is something discussed during a free consultation.
