- IIIraMar 14, 20235.0I took a recently arrived Afghan young woman and her husband here for an exam and new pair of glasses for the wife. Long story short, Crystal and Dr. Ross were very patient and accommodating with us as well as honest with me about what we needed to do in order to overcome the language barriers and complete the exam. Crystal was also honest with us and made sense about added costs for the glasses due to an especially strong prescription, which, fortunately, the family can handle. This location takes County Care (Medicaid) insurance, which was necessary in this instance. I didn't get her name, but a Saturday staff person who works with Crystal was also very patient and helpful. Thank you, Crystal, Dr. Ross, and your colleague for running such a professional shop.
