The clinic pharmacy is responsible for all prescription processing and in-person pick-up as of 13 April 2026. Please note that all new prescriptions must be activated by the patient before they are processed and will be ready for pick up within 24 hours. You may activate prescriptions through text at 1-833-444-3741 and text the words "Get in line" (please make sure you have the patient's DoD ID number available) or you can activate via telephone at 1-618-256-9355, & follow the prompts to main pharmacy activation. For prescription refills, please utilize the MHS Genesis Patient Portal or call 618-298-7813 and follow the prompts.
