- CWCarolyn WOct 25, 20261.0For those of you who want a very easy summary and to save you from repeating my mistake, here is the too long, didn't read summary: Please see the photos attached, which will clearly show you what $2200 gets you at the Good Feet store. $2200 gets you 4 pairs of non-custom plastic orthotic inserts (look up online how much they are if you go to a doctor's office and get custom inserts; I did, and was sickened by it), three covers for them in your shoes, and sticky pads to hold them in place. I am also attaching their return policy in my photos, because after I realized how ripped off I was, and how uncomfortable the inserts were for me personally, I tried to return them the very next day and was told that company policy is "you must try and wear them for 60 days before you can request a refund, and you must do an additional consult before they will give you your money back". I don't see that 60-day requirement in the return policy, do you? And at no point was it clearly explained to me in the hour and a half I was at the store initially. Shame on me for not asking. I don't know how the reviews online are so good, because I guess the inserts must have worked for every single person who tried them but me. I have bad pain in my heel, and basically was told I HAVE to WEAR them for 60 days regardless of that while the store holds over $2200 of my money hostage. I am not usually a gullible buyer, but between the amount of time I spent in the store, the sales pitch, and the overwhelming desire to have no pain when I walk and be able to do my activities normally, I was uninformed and made a hasty decision that can't be reversed for over 60 days, and that's assuming they actually GIVE me my money back at the end of the two months. Please be aware of what you're buying and beware of the sales pitch, because if you change your mind, even the next day, you are out your money for some time. I hope this review helps anyone considering making a purchase at this store to think twice. I sure wish I had.
