The workout concept is amazing - saving time by working on every muscle group, perfect for individuals with busy schedules. The instructors are energetic, push you to your limits, and professional. The studio itself is very clean and intimate, only three maximum individuals at the time, which helps with getting a personalized experience.

I tried Speed Fit EMS for the first time last week and it was such a great experience! I haven’t worked out in over a year, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but everything from start to finish was awesome. The studio is super clean, and I really liked that the session was private and focused just on me.
Joanna was my trainer, and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. She has such a positive energy! Since it was my first session, we only did 12 minutes to let my body adjust, but I was already sweating by the end!
Between work, having an 18-month-old at home, and just life in general, finding time to work out has been tough. This is exactly the kind of workout I was looking for. Two days later I could barely sit down because I was so sore 😂, which tells me those 12 minutes really worked! I’m looking forward to taking more classes and toning up my muscles. 💪🏼💪🏼

EMS training (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) is a workout method that delivers electrical impulses to activate your muscles during exercise. These impulses reach deep muscle fibers that traditional workouts often miss, making EMS an efficient approach for building strength, losing fat, and toning your body in less time.
How does EMS training work?
EMS training delivers safe electrical impulses through a specialized suit you wear during your session. These impulses cause your muscles to contract as you perform simple exercises, enabling you to engage up to 90% of your muscle fibers in just one workout.
Is EMS training safe?
Yes, EMS training is safe under the guidance of certified EMS trainers. Each session is tailored to your fitness level, personal goals, and health background. EMS technology has been utilized for decades in physiotherapy, athletic training, and rehabilitation programs.
How long is an EMS training session?
An EMS training session takes just 20 minutes, delivering results comparable to a 2.5-hour traditional workout. This makes EMS perfect for busy professionals seeking maximum results with minimal time commitment.
How many EMS sessions do I need per week?
Most clients participate in EMS training 1-2 times per week. Since EMS deeply activates your muscles, your body requires adequate recovery time between sessions to achieve the best results.
What results can I expect from EMS training?
With regular EMS training, clients typically experience enhanced muscle tone and strength, fat reduction and body sculpting, better posture and core stability, decreased back and joint pain, and faster fitness progress compared to conventional training methods.
Is EMS training good for weight loss?
Yes. EMS training promotes weight loss by maximizing muscle activation, elevating your metabolism, and burning calories more effectively. When paired with balanced nutrition, EMS can speed up fat loss and improve body composition.
Can beginners do EMS training?
Yes. EMS training is highly accessible for beginners since workouts are completely customized. Intensity settings are modified in real time, making it appropriate for beginners, older adults, and individuals resuming exercise after time away.
Is EMS training good for muscle building?
Yes. EMS training is highly effective for muscle strengthening and toning because it activates both superficial and deep muscle fibers simultaneously, something traditional workouts can't fully achieve.
Who should not do EMS training?
Absolutely. EMS training is beginner-friendly because workouts are fully personalized. Intensity levels are adjusted in real time, making it suitable for beginners, seniors, and those returning to exercise after a break.
