- MCMehmood Cader6 days ago3.0I have been going to this store for eye exams for a long time and never had any issue. Our recent visit for my wife and I was disappointing. Dr Campbell’s quality of care was great, but the wait even with appointments was too long, took an hour and 20 minutes to be seen by the doctor. Store didn’t make any attempt to let us know there was going to be a delay or why. We saw other patients that showed up after us go in before us and when we asked we were told they were taking patients in the order of their appointments even though one of them got there after our appointment time. I understand delays can happen but the store’s lack of effort and brushing it off when we asked for information/update was disappointing.
