  Went there for safety glasses on a Sunday , was greeted by Jill and Madison they were professional and friendly. They guided me to Addie who assisted me on getting me the right pair of glasses that fits right. Addie was knowledgeable on the many options for me to choose the pair I wanted. He was knowledgeable on the many insurance policy's out their.The prices were fair and the service from these three employees was OUTSTANDING! I will guide my family and friends to this location for exams and glasses in the future. Great job folks it was a great experience I had here and plan to be back .

  I went in to get my sunglasses fixed and the nice lady at the front desk took a look at my sunglasses. She didn't even take 5 minutes to fix them and handed them back like new. The best part, I didn't get charged. I wish I would of gotten her name to put it on here. Thank you so much lady who fixed my sunglasses!!

  I've been to a couple of other LensCrafters locations and always had excellent service — which is why this visit was so surprising and frustrating. First, when looking up my insurance, the staff didn't know whether they needed my member ID or subscriber ID. I let that slide as a possible software issue. Second, my order had to be redone twice due to various issues. Third, at checkout, the system showed two different charge amounts before it finally went through on the third attempt. At that point I had a feeling something with my order was off — and unfortunately, I was right. When I came in for pickup, my prescription had been entered incorrectly — a plus instead of a minus — completely messing up my glasses. It's concerning that an error of this nature could happen at an optical store, where prescription accuracy should be a basic standard. I'm not usually someone who writes reviews, but this series of errors was enough to make me leave one. We'll see if they manage to get the order right this time.

  I switched from Costco to try my vision needs from their woodfield mall. They use very cheap polycarbonate materials that form haze and despite that impacts vision. They force you to buy warranty on top of your purchase so you can constantly keep visiting them. I bought two frames and spent 600$ for useless lenses. This place is a scam. Dont ruin your vision.. dont fall for the brands .. the frames are good but their lenses are cheap and will hurt.. writing from a very recent experience from Apr’2026
