Jewel Osco said they had no ability to act on the request, and I cannot myself request the transfer, despite the fact the requesting pharmacy already sent in their request the day prior. A poor patient experience.
- DEDonald EricksonJun 6, 20241.0Slow and they just cannot figure out how to pick up a phone and call someone when there is an issue with a prescription they just give up and stop then wait till you show up to get it then treat you like it’s your fault. I had prescription after prescription that I was having issues with every month here. I switched to Walgreens and haven’t had an issue yet getting my medication this isn’t rocket science but this Osco sure thinks it is.
