  Tony in the Hoffman Estates store was very helpful and responsive when my glasses were broken. He provided a quick fix to get me by and walked me through a new purchase, seeking the frames I wanted from other stores. He is knowledgeable, courteous, kind and personable. He’s the man to see when you need glasses!

  Excellent experience in selecting and purchasing eyeglasses. Tony was very helpful and patient, offering recommendations without any pressure. A week later, when the glasses arrived, he helped with the fitting. I will definitely return for future eyeglasses needs.

  Great location, been coming here for years. Worked with Ibaad when ordering my new progressive lenses. He is knowledgeable, patient, friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Answered all my questions. Then met with him again when my glasses arrived. He made sure everything fit properly & gave me some good tips for the 1st week (Rx change). Again, answered all my questions. This location has some of the best people!
