We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

- JHJohn HammerJun 24, 20261.0My kids got eye exams today and they had a fundus testing done which is a preventive test but I guess this place REQUIRES it to be done and most insurances won't cover it so with my good insurance we left with a extra $80 on our bill I called about it they said we could of opted out during the pre testing that we wernt even in the room for when all we wanted was a regular eye exam why would we think they would just do random tests that they just want to do we were never ever made aware that it was being done dont recommend going here unless you want to be cheating out of money

If something is not a normal covered step, I feel that should be explained and permission asked (not just written in fine print on an intake form)
