- NHNick HertneckMay 12, 20262.0Two of us had an an appointment time and arrived a few minutes early. Then had to wait an hour for the first eye exam. My partner should have been the next eye exam after me...but had to wait another hour after my eye exam. We were both so exhausted from sitting around for hours that we just wanted to leave and had lost complete interest in purchase eyeware which was our intention going in. The optometrist was pleasant and I believe did a good job.....but whoever schedules the appointments did a terrible job of overbooking. When a business makes a point of you being on time to your appointment and then totally disregards wasting your time I say stay away....and will not be returning to Len's Crafters. Today at Cosco looked at the eyeware there....better selection and much better prices than at Lens Crafters.
