  I joined Club Pilates a little over a year and a half ago, feeling extremely skeptical and walking on eggshells. From what I had heard from past clients, I had the impression that it was cliquish and not the friendliest atmosphere. For many, it was physically very challenging, and since I had never taken a Pilates class before, I wasn’t sure I would last very long. From the very beginning, the ladies at Club Pilates were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Over time, I was able to overcome many of my fears, including balance and flexibility issues. The instructors are well-trained, supportive, and always there to help, which made the entire experience so much easier and more enjoyable. These women chose a profession where they genuinely want to make a difference in the lives of men and women looking to improve their physical health and lifestyle. Fast forward to today, and I am extremely happy with my results and the sense of tribal support and community that Club Pilates offers and promotes. I truly hope to be part of Club Pilates for life, and I would highly encourage anyone thinking about trying it to take that first step.

  Such an amazing way to get a great workout at a low impact to the body. Great way to tone and become stronger!

  Be aware of the fine print. Overcharged my wife. People at the front desk are not very smart when canceling membership

  I wish I had found this precious gem sooner. I can honestly say THIS is what the doctor ordered. He said stretching & balance would be key to my recovery after knee replacement. Once I completed physical therapy I started with a trainer at a local gym. I started to get bored, so I lucked upon Club Pilates it is perfect! Comfortable, clean, peaceful atmosphere. Early morning classes and evening classes available also weekends! Perfect for my hectic work schedule. I haven't needed to see my Chiropractor in over 6 weeks,when I leave the Balance & control class or the Pilates flow level 1 class. I feel AMAZING 👏. The instructors are kind, attentive and patient! I do have a favorite (TRUDY) but thus far they all are pretty great! I will continue to progress to more advanced levels but for now I am very content!
