  My experience at Rock Valley PT has been very satisfying. I am a college baseball player who has a partially torn UCL that was on the brink of fully tearing it and losing my senior season. Johnathan believed in my journey and my recovery to be able to make it through my senior season which meant the world to me because it was my last season of baseball ever. We worked hard on all the different areas of pain level, mobility, and baseball-specific movements. Through the experience, I was able to reduce my pain level and continue to try different ideas that Johnathan had to get me through games and practices. Without the work that we put in, I may have not gotten to experience my senior season. We would throw bullpens in the facility and even tape my elbow with a new idea that Johnathan had to get me through more intensive throwing. I would recommend using Rock Valley PT and all they have to offer to further your baseball career or other PT-related issues to get back to your life goals and become healthier.   Finding a PT who actually understands HEDS is rare, but finding a team like Jonathan and Allison is a total game-changer. They don’t just give you generic exercises; they provide expert, highly specialized care that respects the complexity of hypermobility. Since working with them, I’ve seen a massive difference in my stability—most importantly, I've had a significant decrease in subluxations. Jonathan and Allison are incredibly knowledgeable about joint protection and functional movement. They’ve helped me build the kind of deep stability I never thought possible, all while being validating and patient. If you’re struggling to find providers who "get it," I cannot recommend them enough. They’ve truly helped me regain control over my body.

  Johnathon always did a great job working with my daughter and her sports injuries. He genuinely cared about her not only healing but staying healthy for the rest of her sports career. I would recommend him to anyone.

  While it is a small clinic; I highly recommend going here! I’m someone who has hyper-mobility & it often affects a lot of my everyday movements. I haven’t had anyone take this seriously into account until I came here. They work with you one on one and it really does feel like I’m being listen to; especially compared to ATI. I felt like there were days there where I kept being ignored cause they handle so many clients at once. I can’t recommend Allison enough; she’ll accommodate a work out for you no problem or find something else that may be more suitable. After 1 week I was already seeing improvements with my knee pain. All the staff are friendly and open to conversation. ; The receptionist always greets you with a smile. She’ll work with you all the way to see what works with your schedule. 10/10 highly recommended! 👍 ✨
