I had purchased a pair of sunglasses online from another company and they were delivered with a screw missing and the lens out. I discovered this right before I was going to present them to my daughter-in-law for her birthday. The staff repaired the glasses NO CHARGE! and even provided a box and cleaning cloth—which had NOT come with the glasses I ordered! The three people in the store were lovely and so helpful! I will be a regular LensCrafters customer from now on! Thank you so much!
