The pricing and what was covered by my insurance was not transparent. Additionally, I found out after I paid for it that I was charged for features, which were not beneficial. I was charged for it, but was not notified that I was going to be charged for it. Then the staff did not provide a receipt nor email one. If they would've printed up the pricing and showed it to me, I could've walked through all the different features with them and told them what I wanted and what I did not.
