I actually looked forward to going to weigh in and the support staff were so helpful, motivating and especially very caring. After 7 months, I lost 75 lbs. My blood sugar was 126 when I started and it went down to 86 - that was so great since diabetes runs in our family and I knew I would eventually. Medi is definitely the one that works!
