They are very helpful. And I will check in now on a monthly basis. I still need to be monitored. But I feel that I have the tools thar I need to do this. NOW is the time I need to get more exercise 😩 I know I'm not a workout queen.. but feel better about self. So lets get to it. Cause when you lose that much wt. You have lose skin. You have to tighten it up. I'm trying. Hope this helps.
