I am high anxiety and he was very understanding of my waffling on the “one or two” when the machine was changing the focus. The tech used was great too, felt new and up to date. Great experience. Front of house and sales team. Wow. Michael is a rock star (literally ;)). His knowledge and experience with fitting frames showed. I will definitely come back for future frames solely because of his service. Maybe to talk metal again too! 🤘🤘🤘
