Overall a wonderful experience, I didn't feel pressured to purchase any extras or more expensive frames which I really appreciated. Thank you guys for a smooth and easy appointment!

Technician Kayden (sp?) performed my initial tests and exams BUT didn't not follow my explicit instructions to avoid certain testing. After continuing to perform the failed test that I explicitly put on my chart not to perform, I interrupted him and asked if he read my instructions as to not to perform those test and he said yes. I immediately told him to stop and move on. This is unacceptable and dangerous! The only thing getting this location any stars is the fact that the optometrist did listen to me and the sales woman Vickie also listened to me as a customer. After the financial transaction, I only then informed them of this incident. I hope they addressed it accordingly.
