  The staff at the front desk need to learn what customer service is. What happened to being kind, and polite to the customers? I feel like there is a lack of communication from the people who take messages to the nurses, etc. Four days for a nurse to return a call? Not acceptable when you pay these kind of prices for services.

  It has been 3 months and I'm still waiting for my QT scan results to come in. I called and they said it would be another couple of weeks. Very disappointing for health care.

  I personally did not have a good experience here. The young girl in the office was unfriendly in every interaction and seemed annoyed by any questions I had. The provider I saw, Heather Dentino, did not gather any information about my primary reason for visiting (severe PMS / possible PMDD) and recommended an IUD without fully talking through the options, as well as a $50 supplement (which they sell) to address my PMS "mood symptoms." (I have a mix of physical and mood symptoms but she didn't know that bc she didn't make any effort to understand my symptoms.) I did get the IUD with them bc I was desperate for any kind of relief from the debilitating PMS, and I didn't want to wait months on a waitlist again. I was afraid of how painful the IUD insertion was and expressed this anxiety multiple times throughout the process, but the reaction was again dismissive and the only solution offered was to take ibuprofen beforehand. I will say that luckily the insertion was very quick and much less painful than I feared, but I still did not feel listened to or cared for. The pap smear I had here was also the fastest and least painful I've ever had, so that was another positive, but not enough to make me come back. TL;DR: Some of the office staff were consistently unfriendly to me. Beyond that, it seems that the type of experience here is largely dependent on which provider you see. The provider I saw (Heather Dentino) did not take much time to listen, understand, talk through options, or address my concerns about severe PMS / PMDD. Would look elsewhere if that is also your main concern.

  I have severe health related OCD, and was absolutely terrified to be alone at my follow up appointment to check on a few small ovarian cysts. I asked the front desk if someone would be able to sit with me during the sonogram. Tori, the sono tech and Kim, the nurse, understood that I was a bit nervous and did well with keeping me from having a panic attack. Kim pretty much kept me distracted and afterward Tori showed me that everything was fine and normal. In fact, the cysts were gone! Yay! I just wanted to thank them for their kindness during a triggering event for me. 🩷 thanks ladies!

  I had a really awful experience with an IUD replacement. They did not remind me that I had been numbed for my first IUD until the time of my appointment to have it replaced. She walked in and said “you were numbed last time, but we aren’t going to do that today.“ I ended up hypertensive after insertion, and for some reason there were many women staff members in the room, standing around watching the nurse and Doctor try to get me back to normal, making faces that said “Yikes, this is not good.” If I hadn’t been near passing out, I would have asked if somebody was bringing in popcorn for the show. Long story short, they called an EMT and took me to the hospital, costing me a lot of money for something that could have been avoided, had they given me the opportunity to explain why my prior OB/GYN numbed me after how my body responded during pregnancy due to my neuropathy. They also have all of those medical records from my last OB/GYN, so I really don’t understand why this happened. And maybe it is my fault for not remembering, but a conversation about it would have been nice. I will not be returning to this OB/GYN.
