She is very open, personable, and informative about my eye health and recommendations. Would recommend her to anyone that comes to Pearle Vision in Palatine.

Horrible over the phone service when making revision appointment. I don't know if she was mad or just having a bad day. Was dreading this appointment cause i KNEW they were gonna be rude after that phone call and was absolutely right. You could not pay me to come back here. (lady with the accent at the front desk is beyond kind and lovely tho)
