- SRS RApr 29, 20261.0Very rude doctor, was cutting me off, would not hear what i had to say and made me feel stupid for saying anything. Horrible over the phone service when making revision appointment. I don't know if she was mad or just having a bad day. Was dreading this appointment cause i KNEW they were gonna be rude after that phone call and was absolutely right. You could not pay me to come back here. (lady with the accent at the front desk is beyond kind and lovely tho)

I’ve been coming here for several years, even before the pandemic, and the service has always been excellent. Eleazar is always friendly and has the best taste when helping me choose the perfect glasses frames. Margarita is wonderful too—and sometimes you can even catch her Scottish accent! They always make me feel well taken care of.
