  Wonderful first time experience at Warby Parker. Dee went above and beyond to help me find the right glasses. I would totally recommend this place and Highly recommend seeing Dee she makes sure everything fits and looks great. She's very kind, very honest and very knowledgeable.

  The optician Bri used some troubleshooting to figure out why my glasses were making me feel dizzy. It was quick and easy. The store is very nice and many frames to choose from for a great price.

  Paige and Danielle were extremely knowledgable and helpful. They had great suggestions. I did not realize how much cheaper Warby Parker is than other stores without compromising quality. I am very glad they have stores, as purchasing glasses online is nerve-wracking. I also think their return, exchange, and replacement policies are very generous. My first experience with them and I will definitely be back. Loved my experience at the Orland Park Crossing location.
