  Went in with a particular frame in mind (saw two pair at a different Warby Parker but wasn’t real sure about them). Met Bryant, and explained to him (and the other consultant, a young lady who was also very nice) my angst with shopping for eyewear. I explained to that I had gotten my eye exam at competitor BUT, didn’t like the frames once I got them with my prescription, and that they weren’t very helpful in helping me find glasses that would work. Bryant assured me that the frames I picked would work but, he also had me try on a few more that I liked just to be sure. I didn’t feel rushed to pick anything. He was very reassuring that my prescription would work well with the frames I wanted, but also on that the frames complemented my face. Additionally, Bryant took the time to explain to me how my progressive lenses will work, and the steps I’ll need to take to make the transition from single vision lenses to progressive smooth. Bryant made my experience a very pleasant one, and for that, I am very thankful and grateful. If you are looking to get new glasses from a company with professional and knowledgeable consultants, don’t look any further. Warby Parker will get your sight right!
