  Husband went here with the knowledge they took our insurance. Did not communicate with us that our insurance only was covering a fraction of the services for months (which never happens, we only have small copays per appointment). Until one random day we got a $500 charge. Disputed it and called 3 times before getting ahold of someone a week later. They "tried to call our insurance" and said our insurance wasn't covering anything more and to set up a payment plan. Now his bill is $1200. We called our insurance and they told us it was a SIMPLE bill coding issue that can be resolved by the office adding bill codes to our referral and more will be covered. It was a very easy and simple fix. Just received a follow up email from the office weeks later stating nothing has changed and to set up a payment plan. ON WEBSITE: "*TRICARE (We proudly service our US military, and our practice is one of only a few to be an accepted provider for the military and their families)". Maybe they accept military insurance but they do not bill properly to be covered at all. Zero communication on any balances or billing until we received 2 fat bills. It's also impossible to get ahold of the biller. We have never had insurance issues EVER with any other referral, doctor's office, specialty office, etc. If they come up, it's a simple error that's fixed. This is the only place this has ever happened. DO NOT GO HERE. Would give 0 stars if i could.

  Took my son for 3hrs worth of testing. They billed my insurance for the over $1400 testing and now over 3 months later I never heard back from them. Never called to set up appt to give us results. Extremely disappointed.
