  This is in response to some of the "bad reviews" I've seen. I've been with doctor for almost 3 years now. He is straight to the point in the best way, doesn't guilt you about any problems you have (I used to hate going after a long time to my old dentist because he would give me a giant guilt trip) , and makes sure you are comfortable. I see people say he is impersonal but I'm not there to make friends. I think he makes sure he isn't leaving other patients wait and I've never felt like I didn't understand what was happening. At my last appointment he pulled up my X-rays, showed me my infection, and even explained why he had to use long root canal pins because I have long roots. He explains each step he's doing to you and how long til you are out of there so when I see people say they were rushed with their questions- I don't see how. He is more informative than any other dentist I've been to. Never once has another dentist showed me my scans and explained them. Even the hygienist marked up my teeth and showed me where the problems were. I havent been for over a year because my mom passed and I was fully ready to cry and explain why I hadn't been there in so long but he doesn't ask you that weird personal crap. I really like that he is fast and doesn't waste your time. I have never waited past my appointment time or felt like I've been in the office too long. One big plus is when you are having an emergency, I have gotten same day appointments with zero issue. At my old dentist, it wasn't that easy. Armstrong is quick with responding to pain and discomfort. Tooth pain is worse than birth. It's clear that he takes pride in his ownership and cares about his patients unlike other dentist offices where it is owned by a corporation. He has worked on me pregnant multiple times and always ensures that he is using the right stuff and that my OB is good with it.

  I recently had a dental procedure done here and honestly had such a great experience. Dr. Armstrong is the best he made me feel really comfortable, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. The staff was also amazing and so friendly from the moment I walked in. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, and they made sure I was doing okay throughout the appointment. Definitely recommend this office if you’re nervous about going to the dentist or need any dental work done.

  I had a great experience with Dr. Armstrong They took me in right away without an appointment and handled my situation quickly and professionally.Staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable and understanding. I truly appreciated the prompt care and attention—it made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend!”

  I had a great experience with Dr. Jason Armstrong at Smiles of Orland Park. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. I came in dealing with pretty bad tooth pain, and they were able to take care of the issue quickly and efficiently. Dr. Armstrong was thorough, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. The whole team worked seamlessly together, which made the visit smooth and stress-free. I’m really grateful they were able to get me out of pain so quickly. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a caring and skilled dental team!

  After getting a root canal here the tooth is worse off and now will require an implant. It is unlikely the damaged tooth will ever heal and this is now an uphill battle. I knew there was an issue with because during the procedure, no matter how much anesthesia that was given there was extreme pain. A week after the final part of the root canal the cap kept coming off, I drove 30 mins back to the dentist and they applied more dental cement to make it stick. The cap moves around and food get trapped in there which makes it impossible to clean. Clearly is was never attached correctly because it wobbles around. Fast forward to now, the tooth is in pain, it’s swollen and I went to a highly rated specialist who said explained every dentist works differently but essentially the root canal was botched. He said likely the infection wasn’t properly and fully removed. Never mind the thousands of dollars that were already paid to fix a single tooth now I have a potentially medically serious problem that will also need thousands of dollars. I don’t recommend this place ! I am highly unsatisfied and considering what other options I have as a patient for recovery and treatment.
