- ASAmari Smith5 days ago1.0I just came to LensCrafters. In Orland Mall. Worst Customer Service in the world. Caucasian male elderly, shorter hair wearing all black wearing glasses. Tells me that they don’t take the insurance that I have. I put it on the computer by myself before I came confirm the appointment everything was given a notice to come today previously two booking my appointment. He tells me that they don’t take the insurance. It is under choice and I told him that and he says oh yeah, but we don’t take it at this location. They cannot deny something again that comes from LensCrafters. I’m coming to get glasses in an appointment. That is all I needed. He is currently here right now. Staring at me while I’m writing this online. Do not come here where possible service go anywhere else.

However I just had to eye exam 2 months ago and stated I couldn’t return them if unopened. I’m extremely upset at how this was handled and wasted my time and money. The staff also had an attitude and look when I walked in explained to them the issue with the contacts.
