We finally made it to the counter to check in and Dr Maria Moore tells us we "missed" our 520pm appointment so one of us would not be seen. We inform her that we had indeed been there in time for our appointment and we were waiting in line to be helped. She then told us that examination hours stop at a certain time and we would need to reschedule. We explained that we were there on time and would like continue with the time and date we scheduled. It was not our fault the staff were just getting to us. She told us our third person would only seen if the person after us didnt show up. As I sat and watched them doing nothing in between the time my husband was done with his eye exam and the next customer arriving. The next appointment arrived, he had his pre exam and still had time to walk around prior to his exam. They checked out my daughter and my hsuabnd and the person behind us still had not been called in for his exam. Yet they couldnt give me the exam I scheduled.
