She carefully checked my eyes and prescription and helped me with my first multifocal prescription for both night driving and reading, which I really appreciated. Chris, the store manager, was also incredibly helpful. He helped me find the perfect pair of glasses, explained all my options, and made figuring out my insurance coverage and deductible simple and stress-free. He even offered honest advice about which frames looked best on me, so he was an excellent fashion guide too! Overall, the entire experience was pleasant and easy. I highly recommend this location for its outstanding customer service, friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail.
